What each plan includes

SignalPilot Cloud has three plans: Team, Scale and Enterprise. Each is one flat fee that includes a set of allowances (seats, covered data models, eval runs) and a block of credits every month. Everything you use beyond what is included is paid in credits at fixed rates. There are no feature tiers: every paid plan has every feature.

The current fees, allowances, seat rates and credit rates are published in one place and read from there everywhere they appear: the pricing page, the plan cards and rate table under Settings → Billing, and the GET /api/v1/billing/plans endpoint (public, no auth). This page explains how the plans work; the numbers live there.

The one rule

If your organization is on a paid plan, every feature is on. Team, Scale and Enterprise all qualify, as does a plan in its first 14 days past due.

There are no per-feature flags, no allowlists and no hidden features. Inside a paid organization, org admins manage org-wide things (connections, connectors, settings, API keys) and members use them; that is the only other distinction.

Billing is annual. A three-month term is available at a premium; the plan cards show both. The flat fee is charged for the term up front; credit overage is added to a monthly invoice. Enterprise allowances above the published starting point, custom credit grants, SSO, SCIM, PrivateLink and customer-managed keys are agreed in the contract and set on your entitlement by the SignalPilot team.

Included credits and allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over, whatever the billing term. Allowances are separate counters; they are never pooled with credits.

Credits and rates

1 credit = $0.01. Credits pay for per-use work and for anything beyond an allowance. Rates are fixed; there are no brackets. The rate table lists a credit price for:

ItemMetered
Successful chat threadper thread
Governed queryper query, everywhere (thread, Claude Code, notebook, schedule, eval run)
Covered model beyond the allowanceper model-month, metered daily
Eval run beyond the monthly allowanceper run (queries inside the run bill as queries)
Added seat beyond the allowanceper seat-month, metered daily; Enterprise seats are contracted instead
Model tokens on the SignalPilot keyprovider list price times a published multiplier, per run

Bring your own model key (BYOK) and the token line is 0.

A thread that fails, runs no queries, or cites no evidence is not charged. Repeated questions in the same thread and threads flagged wrong by a reviewer are returned. Work SignalPilot starts on its own behalf (readiness checks, schema refreshes, dbt map compiles) never consumes credits.

When you have used your included credits, usage continues and the overage is billed at $0.01 per credit on your next invoice. You are alerted at 80% and 100% of your included block. Nothing is ever blocked for running out of credits.

What a free organization sees

A free organization sees every page in the navigation. Where a paid organization would see the working surface, a free organization sees a plan prompt instead. Nothing is hidden, and nothing runs, so nothing is metered.

Requests from a free organization to a gated route answer 402 with the body {"error": "plan_required", "tier": "free"}.

What "not available in this deployment" means

Some features depend on infrastructure the deployment must be wired for: evals need a runner image and an evidence store, and sandbox runtimes need credentials for the sandbox provider. When that wiring is missing, the page says so and the route answers 503 with {"error": "not_available_in_deployment", "capability": "evals"}. This is about the deployment, not your plan; on SignalPilot Cloud everything is wired.

Self-hosted deployments

A self-hosted gateway without a backend (SP_BACKEND_URL unset) treats its single organization as unlimited: every feature is on and nothing is metered.
